Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) is an integral part of our corporate ethos.
They are fundamental to our identity and our future direction. We are committed to building a workforce that
reflects the diverse communities we serve and fostering an inclusive culture where every individual can thrive.

In 2024, we reinforced our commitment to diversity, equity and inclusion by embedding it
further into our daily operations and decision-making processes. We did this through the following actions:

Tracking DEI-specific KPIs and sharing key insights across the entire business

Created DEI-focused communication materials for all employees and organised special activities to foster engagement and learning

Launched the DEI Champions Group, a network of employees dedicated to ostering inclusivity within their teams

Took concrete steps towards workplace accessibility by integrating employees with disabilities into our operations in Spain

Schréder has employees from diverse cultures that enrich our workplace

We are lucky to have employees from many different cultures and diverse backgrounds in our companies worldwide and we value the experiences and perspectives they bring to our workplaces all year long. Our DEI Manifesto focuses on seven different pillars to ensures that all Schréder employees are with us on this journey to promote and strengthen DEI practices.
